HARMONI: Journal of Sustainable & Responsible Tourism is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Pusat Kajian Pariwisata Indonesia (PKPI) - Center for Indonesian Tourism Studies. The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in sustainable tourism, responsible travel, and the harmonious relationship between tourism, environment, society, and economy. Publish 3 times a year; April, August, and December.
The name "HARMONI" reflects the journal's core philosophy: achieving balance and harmony among the three pillars of sustainability—environmental protection, social equity, and economic viability—in tourism development. The journal recognizes that true sustainability requires a holistic approach where tourism benefits both present and future generations.
